Using only a smartphone scan, we design, print, and deliver products like our AFO, CMC brace, and foot orthotics nationwide in as little as 48 hours. Having gained traction in elite sports medicine (NCAA, NFL, NBA), we have expanded into the clinical and defense channels to serve a broader patient population including the warfighter community. The Role As our Marketing Operations & Communications Coordinator, you will be the engine behind our daily marketing operations and a critical growth driver for our sales pipeline. We are looking for a systems-minded executor who blends content creation with data-driven marketing. You won't just create assets; you will play a direct role in helping our team hit our sales targets. You will own our social media growth, build automated email campaigns, streamline conference logistics, and manage a sustainable marketing flywheel that turns feedback and product gaps into high-impact collateral. Primary Responsibilities Sales Collateral & Brand Guardrails: Serve as the ultimate protector of the PROTECT3D Brand Style Guide. Polish and update sales decks, email templates, and product assets to ensure every external touchpoint looks elite, professional, and consistent. Content Creation: Design high-quality marketing assets, including doctor’s office posters, product flyers, and digital brochures. Email Marketing & CRM Cadences: Manage CRM-driven marketing campaigns including audience segmentation, email automation, lead nurturing workflows, campaign reporting, and database maintenance. Marketing Flywheel & Content Systems: Build and maintain an operational content flywheel. Establish feedback loops to gather insights from clients and the sales team, mapping those insights against product asset gaps to build a continuous stream of fresh content ideas. Social Media Management & Analytics: Fully activate our professional social media accounts with a consistent posting cadence of at least once per week. Utilize platform analytics and data to track engagement, drive future content decisions, and measurably support company sales goals by driving brand traffic and awareness. Turnkey Conference Planning: Provide end-to-end event execution so the sales team can focus entirely on selling. You will manage all logistics, design booth setup instructions, compile physical materials, and establish post-conference tracking systems to capture leads, track conversations, and trigger automated follow-up emails. You may attend events to fully understand our brand and how we interact with customers. Customer & Clinical Story Development: Capture customer testimonials, clinical success stories, athlete case studies, and product adoption stories that can be leveraged across sales, marketing, and digital channels. Qualifications & Skills Unmatched Attention to Detail: You have an "eagle eye" for spelling, spacing, and formatting. Errors do not slip past you. Marketing Operations & Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM tools, automated email marketing platforms, and social media analytics dashboards. Proactive System-Builder: A true self-starter who doesn't just wait for tasks, but builds the systems, schedules, and feedback loops required to keep marketing running smoothly with minimal oversight. Design & Content Proficiency: Strong experience using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite to adapt and create professional assets within an established brand guide. Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Background: A background or strong interest in athletics, sports medicine, or medical devices is highly preferred. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing communications, sales support, or related marketing roles Portfolio of previous campaign management, or design work.
