Job details Join a mission-driven team as a Family Medicine Physician delivering high-quality outpatient primary care with flexible scheduling, no call duties This Jobot Job is hosted by: Cam Strahm Salary: $140 - $150 per hour A bit about us A dynamic leader in community healthcare focused on providing comprehensive, culturally sensitive primary care to underserved populations through multidisciplinary outpatient clinics Why join us Competitive hourly compensation of $140–$150 Flexible schedules (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, optional Saturdays) No night or weekend call Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Federal and state loan repayment eligibility (NHSC scholar site) CME paid time off and stipend, plus medical license/DEA/board certification stipends Nose and tail malpractice coverage Potential for growth opportunities in a mission-oriented environment Supportive multidisciplinary team serving 48,000 patients annually Job details / Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, pediatricians, internists, specialists, dentists, and behavioral health providers Manage a patient panel with an average of 18–20 patients per day Deliver culturally sensitive and high-quality care to low-income and underserved communities Participate in preventative healthcare and chronic disease management Maintain accurate and timely medical records in alignment with clinic protocols Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active California Medical License (or eligibility) Valid DEA License Strong commitment to serving underserved populations Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Experience in outpatient primary care preferred Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
