As our Outside Sales Representative, you'll build on that foundation—strengthening relationships, developing new business, and driving growth across Middle Tennessee and surrounding areas. Established territory with existing dealers and contractors Significant opportunity to expand Techo-Bloc's presence throughout Middle Tennessee Clear career path with opportunities to advance Best-in-class sales training, certifications, and development Advanced CRM & BI tools to help you manage and grow your business Innovative products and sample systems that elevate the customer experience Vehicle allowance + comprehensive benefits + retirement plan matching Premium hardscape products known for quality, innovation, and design — giving our sales team a product they can confidently stand behind Job Description What You'll Do Own and execute a territory growth strategy across Nashville and surrounding markets Grow and strengthen relationships with contractors, dealers, landscape professionals, and other industry partners Expand Techo-Bloc's presence throughout Middle Tennessee Generate new business and grow existing accounts Educate contractors and design professionals while driving demand through our dealer network Support dealer merchandising, displays, training, and events Identify market opportunities and monitor competitive activity Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows, lunch & learns, dealer events, and industry functions Use CRM and business intelligence tools to manage your pipeline, track performance, and prioritize opportunities Spend significant time in the field building relationships and developing business Qualifications What We're Looking For Proven B2B field sales experience; experience in hardscape, landscaping, building materials, construction, or dealer networks is an asset Strong track record of building relationships and growing revenue Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable owning a territory Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable using CRM and data-driven sales processes Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams and dealer partners Additional Information Why This Territory: This is an opportunity to join an established market with existing dealer relationships and brand recognition, while still having significant room to grow.
