Job Summary This position supervises, trains, and holds employees responsible for safety, production, and attendance. He/She sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety. This position provides leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel. Responsibilities Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers. Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, inter-departmental cooperation, and continual improvement on all levels. Determines best solutions for package concerns. Establishes and maintains a cross‑training program within the department to promote development, enhance flexibility, and ensure backup coverage of vital functions and processes. Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent – Preferred. Supervisory experience in a production/processing environment. Prior experience in both operations and customer service. Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week. Strong problem‑solving skills, with ability to multitask. Strong oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Pay Range The base pay for this position ranges from $21.90/hr to $35.55/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
