License: Licensure with the Client
Certifications: Certified with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Must-Have:
- Angioplasty
- Percutaneous Intervention
- Impella and IntraAortic Balloon Pump (IABP)
- Atherectomy Devices/Technique (Rotablader)
- Temporary Venous Pacemaker and Swan Ganz Placement
- Scrubbing Technique for procedures encouraged


Description:
This position requires a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist.
Certified individuals will be responsible for providing patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab.
The role includes performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Knowledge of angioplasty and percutaneous interventions is essential.
Experience with Impella and IABP is required.
Familiarity with atherectomy devices and techniques is a must.
Candidates should also have experience with temporary venous pacemaker and Swan Ganz placement.
Scrubbing techniques for procedures are encouraged.
The department utilizes Philips, Siemens, and GE fluoroscopy systems, although experience with these systems is not required.
BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory for this position.
Candidates should be available for weekend call, with a response time of 30 minutes from activation.
Shifts are typically arranged as four 10-hour shifts over two weekdays and every third weekend.
