Lead - OpenData (Remote)

The Role Veeva OpenData is a global reference dataset for healthcare professionals and organizations, covering addresses, emails, specialties, demographics, and compliance data. It is available in 100+ countries today and will extend to 125 countries by the end of 2025. As the lead, you will guide and develop a remote team of researchers who identify and manage data related to OpenData while following compliance and quality standards. You will design data production processes, drive process and technology improvements, and be fully responsible for your team's performance—efficiency and quality. To thrive, you should be highly motivated to lead, have a “can-do” attitude, and be results-oriented, analytical, methodical, and socially skilled. Effective communication with managers, analysts, and researchers is essential. You should enjoy working remotely and at speed in multicultural teams. This role is ideal for leaders with strong operational skills who want to make an impact in the life sciences industry.
