Responsibilities Provide compassionate and effective therapy to clients, helping them navigate their mental health journey. Collaborate with a team of dedicated clinicians to deliver comprehensive care and support. Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly. Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Engage in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance therapeutic approaches. Offer clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists, fostering their professional growth and development. Stay informed about the latest research and techniques in mental health therapy to provide the best care possible. Qualifications Master's degree in a related field. Active MA license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or pre-licensed status. Strong clinical skills with various age groups and presentations. Self-motivated with the ability to build and manage a caseload. Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth. Scheduling flexibility that works for you and meets client demand (evening availability accelerates caseload growth).
