HVAC TECHNICIAN
Automation Personnel Services is seeking several HVAC Technician for an industrial paint specialist in Chattanooga, TN. This is a company specializing in all aspects paint and janitorial manufacturing. This is an outstanding temporary to hire contractor position.
Pay Rate s:
$25.00 per hour based on all qualifying certifications
Schedule and Hours
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
HVAC Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect HVAC/R systems, controls and components, computerized electrical circuits and systems including freon levels
- Maintain air-conditioning, heating, ventilation and refrigerated cooling, commercial mechanical and electrical systems
- Conduct all monthly preventative maintenance throughout facility
- Change rooftop filters per facilities schedules
- Respond to service calls for repairs in a timely manner
- Properly document all work conducted
- Adhere to safety standards (OSHA) and environmental regulations (EPA)
HVAC Technician Qualifications and Requirements
- EPA certification- L icensed to work on industrial HVAC systems
- Must have experience working with HVAC systems in an industrial plant to be considered for this position.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of HVAC/R equipment and troubleshooting techniques, environmental regulations for refrigerants for City, State and EPA regulations.
- Work in extreme temps, confined spaces, and lift heavy equipment. (in office assessment will be conducted for 50lbs)
- Drug screen and background check required
