Job Overview We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. Residential Installers looking to make a switch to commercial or current commercial installers. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background. This is a long-term opportunity for the right individuals. Performance and reliability are key to continued work across multiple projects. Responsibilities Install rooftop units, split systems, and VRF systems Start-up and commissioning of new equipment Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems Replace components including compressors, control boards, and other key system parts Perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems Ensure work meets safety codes and standards Communicate clearly with project managers and team members Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC experience required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage start-up procedures EPA Certification Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation Must supply basic hand tools Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications.
