Demolition Clean up Laborer

Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING for a DEMOLITION CLEANUP LABORER (as needed)

Pay $20-$25
Day and Night Shifts available
Temporary/ As-Needed
1 day to 2-week assignments
Competitive pay

DUTIES:

Perform general cleanup of demolition sites, including removal of debris, trash, and hazardous materials
Load, unload, and transport materials and waste to designated disposal areas
Assist with basic demolition tasks such as tearing out structures, flooring, drywall, and fixtures
Sweep, shovel, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Operate basic hand tools and equipment (shovels, brooms, wheelbarrows, etc.)
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Sort and separate recyclable materials when applicable
Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as needed
Ensure job sites are left clean and organized at the end of each shift
And other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more consistently
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods
Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong work ethic and reliability (punctual and dependable)
Basic knowledge of construction or demolition work preferred but not required
Must adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to pass a background
Ability to pass a drug screen
