Senior Account Manager

This is an exciting role for someone passionate about client service and project ownership. Senior Account Executive Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary, $80,000. OTE 140K, commensurate with experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off (PTO) Full-time, exempt position based in Chicagoland Senior Account Executive Requirements & Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in sales and/or event production (tent rental industry experience a plus) Demonstrated success managing client relationships and complex project timelines Strong math skills for developing detailed proposals and scopes of work Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), email, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Suite Willingness to travel locally for site walk-throughs and client meetings Familiarity with event logistics, permitting, or construction-type workflows Ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure in dynamic event environments Professional and articulate communicator across all channels Senior Account Executive Day-to-Day Responsibilities Guide clients through the discovery and proposal process, engineering event solutions that align with their goals Build and maintain strong relationships with planners, venues, and industry partners Conduct site visits and job walk-throughs to ensure accurate logistics and solution design Develop custom proposals and installation plans, upselling or cross-selling when appropriate Manage client concerns and expectations, resolving issues in ways that foster long-term partnerships Collaborate with internal teams for event preparation and provide post-event debriefs to support continuous improvement Take the next step in your event sales career and contribute to an organization that values creativity, professional growth, and exceptional client experiences.Senior JOB ID: 175015#post Chris Olsen #J-18808-Ljbffr
