The Arc of Lagrange County is a local, non-profit agency providing services to individuals with intellectual and development disabilities in workshop, classroom, home and community settings. We are currently seeking dependable, dedicated individuals to work directly with our individuals and assist them in achieving their goals.

We are looking for two (2) full time staff members.

Factory/workshop setting. Assisting individuals with disabilities with contracted work production. Factory experience a plus, but not required. All training is paid. This position is Monday- Friday, no weekends.

Must have reliable transportation and must pass a drug screen.

• All training is paid
• High school diploma/GED
• Full time includes paid vacation, personal sick time, insurance, 401k (employer contributes).
