2. Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
3. Rehab Optima (Net Health)
4. Negative COVID 19 test required (usually within 7-10 days of start)

Client in NC seeking Physical Therapist: LTC/SNF
for the following shift(s): Days
