Salesforce Project ManagerOur client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce across a global organization spanning 3 divisions and 14 business units. This individual will be responsible for driving delivery, aligning stakeholders, managing change, and ensuring successful adoption across diverse teams and geographies. This role requires a strong balance of technical Salesforce program leadership, project management rigor, and executive-level communication.Key Responsibilities:Lead the global Salesforce implementation from planning through deployment and post-launch support across multiple divisions and business unitsDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependenciesPartner closely with business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce administrators, developers, and third-party vendorsApply Waterfall and Agile methodologies as appropriate to ensure efficient and predictable deliveryDrive change management efforts, including stakeholder alignment, communication strategies, training coordination, and adoption planningFacilitate cross-functional workshops to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize initiativesCreate and deliver clear, concise presentations and status updates to executive leadershipProactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and scope changesEnsure solutions align with business objectives, scalability needs, and Salesforce best practices
