Family Medicine Physician with Allergist Responsibilities

Role Overview: Serve as a Family Medicine physician with a focus on allergy and immunology in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include: Managing a fully functioning allergy clinic, overseeing shots and biologic patients, and providing patient care with volumes of 10-15 patients daily. Qualifications & Skills: No prior allergy & immunology experience required; training provided. Strong communication, adaptability, and a passion for patient care are essential. Compensation & Benefits: Up to $225k base salary plus percentage of net profit and revenue incentives, with earning potential exceeding $400K by year five. Additional benefits include a $10K relocation allowance, 15 PTO days, and 5 CME days with a $3,500 annual allowance. Work Environment: Outpatient-only role with no nights or weekends, within a large independent, physician-owned specialty group.
