Join FlexCare's innovative team delivering IV therapy to patients with neurological, rheumatologic, gastroenterological, and immunological conditions.Work Schedule: This PRN nursing role offers schedule flexibility while providing supplemental coverage for the care team. Hours are assigned based on business and patient care needs, preferably 2 Saturdays per month and weekdays until 7 pm. The selected candidate must be willing to work shifts as needed. No minimum weekly hours are guaranteed.Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 7 pm, Friday and Saturday, 9 am - 3 pmLocation: 9940 E. 81st Street, Tulsa, OKPrimary ResponsibilitiesProvide direct IV care for pediatric and adult patientsPrepare and administer sterile medications per protocolMonitor and respond to infusion reactions under NP supervisionCommunicate with providers and document clinical assessmentsSupport order entry, lab review, and protocol updatesEnsure accurate, timely documentation and participate in quality assuranceYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required QualificationsActive and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Oklahoma or Compact (Multistate) RN licenseBLS and/or CPR certification, or willing to obtain upon hireWillingness to obtain additional licensure and/or ONS certification within 90 daysFamiliarity with EMR, Microsoft Office, HIPAA, OSHA, and INS standardsSolid IV skillsPreferred QualificationOutpatient or Home Infusion RN experiencePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $29 - $52 per hour based on full-time employment.
