Surgical Pathologist

Pathologist OpportunitySonic Healthcare USA is seeking a full time AP/CP Board certified or board eligible Pathologist to join a two-person practice providing full coverage to Anna Jaques, a small community hospital in Newburyport, Massachusetts. Newburyport is a historic coastal town 35 miles northeast of Boston and known for its picturesque waterfront, beautiful 4 seasons and numerous recreational opportunities.Experienced pathologists and those new in practice are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities:Provide microscopic dictations and report sign-outs in a timely manner.Communicate effectively with laboratory staff and referring physicians regarding specimen handling and diagnostic issues.Participate in internal quality assurance activities and maintain compliance with laboratory policies and procedures.Qualifications:AP/CP Board Certified (or Board Eligible)Minimum of 1–4 years of experience in surgical pathology, including fellowship training (if applicable).Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice.Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to diagnostic detail.Scheduled Weekly Hours: 20Work Shift: Job Category: PathologyCompany: Seacoast Pathology IncSonic Healthcare USA is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity and is committed to an inclusive workplace for all employees.
