What would you do as a Patient Services Representative
As a new Patient Services Representative at Fox Valley Medical Associates, you can expect a rewarding and engaging daily routine. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting patients warmly upon arrival, efficiently checking them in, and managing phone inquiries with empathy and professionalism. You will assist in scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and coordinating with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. Maintaining accurate patient records and managing insurance documentation will also be key components of your role.
Daily collaboration with your teammates and providing support in problem-solving will be crucial for fostering a customer-centric environment. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 32–40 hours per week. This structure allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while being part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional healthcare service.
