St. Marys Medical Group, in partnership with St. Marys Health Care System (SMHCS) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join a well-established outpatient practice in Greensboro, Georgia, located in the desirable Lake Oconee region. Position Highlights Join a collaborative, team-based practice currently staffed by: 1 full-time physician 2 advanced practice providers (APPs) 1 part-time physician Outpatient-only primary care with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of care Flexible patient panel: adult-focused Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ages 13+) Utilize EPIC EMR, supporting efficient, integrated care delivery Opportunity to care for a highly engaged, motivated, and compliant patient population, contributing to strong provider satisfaction Practice Growth & Community Demand This is a high-demand primary care market with significant opportunity for growth.
