Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a nurse practitioner for a primary care assignment in Crescent City, California. This role involves providing pediatric and adult patient care with a focus on panel management and chronic pain. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 18 patient visits per day, emphasizing timely documentation and chart closure.

• Coverage: Routine clinic patient care and documentation, with a focus on panel management and chronic pain

Schedule Details
• Shift Times: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Patient Load: Minimum of 18 patient visits daily
• Patient Mix: Pediatric and adult patients
• Schedule: Routine outpatient care with structured documentation turnaround

Clinical Scope
• Panel management in a primary care setting

• Infrastructure verified and operational

Requirements
• Active California state license (must be obtained prior to start)
• DEA registration (must be obtained before start)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in panel management or similar setting
• Immunizations required before credentialing: Flu vaccine, TB test or X-ray within 90 days, positive or complete series for MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster, Tdap within last 10 years

Preferred / Helpful
• Experience with chronic pain management
• Proven success in panel management workflows
