Forklift Operator 7p-7a

Ohio Logistics is seeking a reliable and driven Forklift Operator who thrives in a dynamic distribution environment. This role goes beyond forklift operation; you'll be a key team player contributing to accuracy, efficiency, and safety every day.
Schedule

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial forklifts throughout the distribution center
• Load and unload trailers according to customer requirements
• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage
• Use RF scanners and complete required documentation accurately
• Build and prepare mixed pallets (wrapping, banding, labeling, etc.)
• Perform occasional manual labor, including case picking
• Maintain equipment and follow all safety and operational guidelines

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication and basic math skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Experience using RF scanners preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to perform "clean as you go" practices
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot and cold)
• Able to work indoors and outdoors with moderate noise levels
