YOUR ROLE:
In this pivotal role as our Automotive District Manager - Area Manager, you'll oversee five store locations in the Annapolis area and one in Rockville, MD. As the champion of our core values, you will regularly visit each store to work directly with managers and staff, coaching, mentoring, and leading them to meet goals and exceed expectations. You'll drive growth, efficiency, and team development while ensuring our stores consistently deliver exceptional customer service and performance. By leading through example, you will foster a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and accountability. Your leadership will be the engine that powers our team's success and propels Nealey Tire & Auto to new heights!
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience as a District Manager or Area Manager in the automotive or similar retail industry
- Experience effectively managing, training, and coaching managers and staff
- Experience increasing revenue and efficiency
- Experience improving processes and process adherence
- A self-starter who is productive and can work independently
- Leadership mentality and growth mindset
