The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, preferably with travel nursing experience. Candidates must have a valid state nursing license and current BCLS and ACLS certifications. Experience in managing patients with various emergencies is required, including trauma, respiratory issues, and cardiac events. Candidates should possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Comfortable working with diverse patient populations, including neonates, children, adults, and geriatrics. Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as per the unit's schedule is essential. The role includes floating to different departments within the facility as necessary. Basic skills required include IV starts, pharmacological management, and emergency intervention techniques. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
