What You'll Do

• Assist surgeons during procedures as a first assist
• Provide perioperative patient care ensuring safety and comfort
• Coordinate with surgical team to ensure smooth operations
• Follow facility protocols and standards of care
• Document patient care activities accurately
• Support the surgical team throughout the assigned shift

What You Need

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Previous OR or First Assist experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
