Operations Manager

Join our growing team and play a key role in driving operational excellence across our stores. We're looking for a hands‑on Operations Manager to lead multiple locations, develop high‑performing teams, and ensure consistent execution of company standards. Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of 3–5 retail stores , ensuring consistent execution of company SOPs, service standards, and operational excellence. Monitor store performance, identify operational issues, and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience. Ensure the successful execution of store operations, operational audits, labor scheduling, inventory management, reporting, and company marketing initiatives. Coordinate staffing, product ordering, inventory allocation, and operational resources across the assigned region. Coach and develop Store Managers and store teams, fostering a high‑performing culture and supporting employee growth. Track key business metrics, analyze store performance, and implement action plans to achieve operational and financial goals. Support new store openings, operational projects, and other initiatives assigned by management. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, food & beverage, hospitality, or other multi‑unit operations. Experience managing 3–5 stores is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with POS systems and operational reporting is a plus. Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region. Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
