Industrial Electrician – Niagara Falls, NY | Up to $47.55/hr + $5K Sign-On Bonus

Location: Niagara Falls, NY

Fuze HR Solutions is actively hiring a skilled Industrial Electrician to join a large-scale manufacturing facility in Niagara Falls. This is a great opportunity to work in a safety-first, team-oriented environment with strong pay, benefits, and long-term growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $30.00 – $44.57/hr (Top rate up to $47.55/hr based on experience)
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• 12-hour swing shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, includes weekends/OT)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of electrical systems (up to 4160V)
• Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics
• Work on:
  • Motor Control Centers (MCC)
  • VFDs/VSDs
  • PLCs & HMIs
  • Instrumentation (RTDs, pressure transmitters, level sensors, valve positioners)
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Utilize testing equipment (multimeters, meggers, thermal imaging, etc.)
• Follow all safety protocols including LOTO, arc flash, confined space
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
• Respond to on-call maintenance needs when required

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
• Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Experience with MCCs, VFDs, and control wiring
• PLC troubleshooting experience (Siemens PCS-7 preferred)
• Experience with installation, calibration, and repair of industrial systems
• Must have own tools (tool allowance provided)
• Strong communication skills and team mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
