Responsibilities Collaborate with APP providers as a board-certified physician in Family Medicine: Sports Medicine Fellowship trained (or similar) for licensing and credentialing support as required by Nevada law. Maintain physical practice in Nevada as needed for licensing and credentialing. Move quickly to assist with updating CAQH profiles and credentialing submissions.
