About the Role We are hiring Per Diem Physical Therapists for our partner locations in Baltimore, Cockeysville, Towson, and Catonsville, MD. In this role, you will provide on-site therapy services to a geriatric population in both skilled and outpatient settings. Whether you are a recent graduate or have years of experience, we welcome you! Plus, we provide all the training you need. What You’ll Do Perform physical therapy evaluations and create individualized plans of care Deliver skilled therapy services that improve mobility, function, safety, and independence Track progress, update treatment plans, and clearly communicate patient status Complete documentation accurately and on time Collaborate with therapy team members and other healthcare professionals Help create a rehab program that patients, families, and facilities trust Why Join Assisted Rehab?
