Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW | California Telehealth RoleWe are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW in California for a full-time remote telehealth role supporting clients through individual therapy, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical care. In this position, you will meet with clients virtually, help them work through emotional, behavioral, and life challenges, and provide steady clinical guidance using evidence-based approaches.This role is ideal for an LCSW who enjoys meaningful one-on-one client work, clear documentation, and the structure of a full-time remote position. You will work with clients across California through secure telehealth sessions while staying connected to a professional clinical support team.Location: California Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMResponsibilitiesProvide virtual therapy sessions to clients using a secure telehealth platformComplete clinical assessments and identify client needs, risks, strengths, and treatment goalsDevelop and update treatment plans based on client progress and presenting concernsUse appropriate therapeutic methods for clients managing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, adjustment issues, and related concernsMaintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentationMonitor client progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriateProvide referrals or care coordination when clients need additional support servicesFollow state, ethical, privacy, and telehealth documentation standardsParticipate in clinical communication, case consultation, and internal updates as needed
