Full Scope X-Ray Technologist

Join BoulderCentre for Orthopedics & Spine as a Full Scope X-Ray Technologist and become part of a specialized orthopedic team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. This position performs diagnostic imaging to support physicians in evaluating and treating orthopedic injuries and conditions while working in a collaborative outpatient clinic environment.

Unlike hospital-based imaging roles, this position offers a predictable outpatient schedule designed to support work-life balance. Our Full Scope X-Ray Technologist enjoys MondayFriday hours with no evenings, weekend shifts, holiday shifts, or on-call responsibilities while providing high-quality imaging services in a specialty setting focused on orthopedic care.

This role requires experience operating radiologic equipment, including C-arm (fluoroscopy) technology, to support orthopedic procedures and physician needs.

As needed, this role may also support basic Medical Assistant duties to assist with patient care and maintain efficient clinic flow.

Compensation:

• ARRT: $31$39 per hour (commensurate with experience and certification level)
• $3,500 sign-on bonus for full-time employees

Education & Certification Requirements: Associate's degree from an accredited radiologic technology program required. Must be registered as a Radiologic Technologist through the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), full-scope certification required. Must hold a current state X-Ray Technology license.

Experience: One to three years of experience as an X-Ray Technologist/Technician, preferably in a medical practice environment. Experience with C-Arm (fluoroscopy) preferred.
