Quality Assurance & Training Specialist For AmazonAVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Quality Assurance & Training Specialist for Amazon. Providing comprehensive food services with a focus on the highest quality and freshest ingredients, impeccable service and total value is the reputation we have earned and live up to everyday.Duties & Responsibilities:Performing Audits utilizing the audit systemFormulate coaching and training based on audit results for AVI frontline Employees to include but not limited to:Providing Excellent Customer Service dailyCleanliness of all storage areasCleanliness and stocking of all break areasProper marketing of all Market C's following AVI GuidelinesKeeping Vending areas cleaned, filled and workingDevelop action plans for high level escalation of issues utilizing Amazon alignment plan formatRequirements:Prior Merchandising or Retail experience preferredSorting, organizing and handling of snacks, including drinks and coffee productsMoves throughout large warehouses and buildings to various break rooms and vending machinesMust be able to bend, push, pull, reach overhead, stoop, crouch and kneel for extended periods of timeSchedule for this position varies between days, nights and weekendsEnsuring all marketing material are up to date and looking crisp and cleanEnsuring that all pricing signage is posted and pricing is correct in all areasKeeping Vending areas cleaned, filled and workingEstablish weekly site visit planProvide weekly updates to Compliance Manager with accomplishments and concernsWeekly updates with Branch Manager and local Operations teamTraining will be Three weeks in Warren, OhioOne week at HQ working with the Compliance ManagerTwo weeks in the field touring Amazon Sites and learning the expectationOne week at Home Branch touring all Amazon sites with the Branch ManagerWithin 90 days Compliance Manager will tour area and follow up on trainingBenefits:A family culture and atmosphereCompetitive compensationHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time team members401(k) with company matchPaid vacations and holidaysTraining and growth opportunitiesWe conduct pre-employment drug testing.
