Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua is seeking an enthusiastic Online Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers shopping online, helping guide them through the early stages of the vehicle buying process by answering questions, following up on inquiries, and scheduling appointments with our sales team.

No automotive experience? No problem. If you've worked in customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurants, banking, or inside sales, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and online chat.
• Follow up with customers who have submitted online inquiries.
• Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales consultants.
• Build rapport with customers while providing a professional, pressure-free experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up notes in our CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet appointment and performance goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, inside sales, or restaurants is preferred but not required.
