- Our office is located in 25825 Highway 160, Durango CO 81301 and 1327 Bayfield Parkway. Bayfield CO 81122.
- Our office is open Durango 8:00 - 5:30, Sat. 9- 4 and Bayfield: 8:00 - 5:00.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1980.
Role Description
Denise Elliott - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Licensed applicants preferred.
- Proficient in Quickbooks.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
