System Analyst/QA Manager

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst / QA Manager to lead quality assurance and testing activities for a large-scale enterprise systems implementation. This role will manage the complete testing lifecycle, including test strategy, planning, test execution, UAT, SIT, End-to-End testing, defect management, test data preparation, reporting, and quality documentation .

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex testing programs involving multiple systems, vendors, business teams, and technical stakeholders. Mainframe experience is required.

• Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance and testing lifecycle for large-scale enterprise systems.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data .

• Coordinate and oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End (E2E) testing .

• Coordinate testing across multiple applications, systems, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Work with business teams to gather user scenarios, requirements, and test cases.

• Ensure adequate test coverage, traceability, and test readiness.

• Manage test execution and monitor testing progress against established schedules.

• Lead defect triage meetings and coordinate defect resolution across development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

• Track defects through resolution and ensure timely closure.

• Prepare and communicate test execution metrics, test summaries, QA status reports, and management presentations .

• Maintain historical UAT and testing information.

• Validate data integrity and support data analysis across integrated systems.

• Review system requirements and designs to develop appropriate testing approaches.

• Verify software changes and troubleshoot escalated issues.

• Serve as a liaison between technical/development teams and business users.

• Identify testing risks and escalate issues requiring management attention.
