RETAIL MANAGER

The Country Life Shop – Kitchen Kettle Village

Intercourse, Pa | $45,000 per year salary + bonus | Full-time

This role is ideal for a hands-on retail leader who enjoys mentoring others, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll lead from the sales floor, coaching team members, engaging with guests, and ensuring the shop operates at its best each day. If you're someone who prefers leading alongside your team instead of from an office, you'll feel right at home in this role.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional, world-class service.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing team member development.
• Create team schedules and manage labor to meet business needs.
• Lead daily operations, including opening, closing, and cash management.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and operational performance to achieve store goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting shopping environment.
• Foster team engagement through regular communication, coaching, and accountability.
• Build product knowledge and ensure the team confidently assists guests.
• Collaborate with other retail leaders to support the success of Kitchen Kettle Village.
• All other related duties as required or assigned.
