Production WorkerWe are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly, processing, and packaging of products within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help drive our manufacturing operations forward.DutiesOperate machinery and equipment safely, including forklifts and power tools, to facilitate production tasksAssist in the assembly of products on the production line using hand tools and mechanical skillsLoad and unload materials within the warehouse or manufacturing area, ensuring proper handlingConduct quality checks throughout the production process to identify defects or inconsistenciesMaintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to promote safety and efficiencySupport inventory management by tracking materials and supplies used during productionFollow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions promptlyRequirementsPrior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferredFamiliarity with assembly line processes and use of hand tools and power toolsMechanical knowledge or background in working with machinery is advantageousExperience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain certification is a plusWarehouse experience including material handling and inventory controlAbility to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining attention to detailStrong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures at all times
