We are actively hiring Luxury Automotive Sales Professional. If you’re passionate about car sales, customer service, and luxury vehicles, this is a great opportunity to grow your career. We are currently seeking those who have previous automotive sales experience with luxury brands like Audi to contribute to our growing success at Young.

Responsibilities:
- Assist and guide customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best fit their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Stay up to date on automotive trends, current promotions, and financing options
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and efficient sales experience
- Previous experience in luxury automotive sales preferred
- Familiarity with Audi or similar brands is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
