Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills through engaging activities and curriculum development. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy education, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships and support each child's development.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing early intervention when necessary to support their individual needs.
- Plan and conduct activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Experience working with preschool or daycare-aged children is preferred.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and best practices in early education.
- Knowledge of curriculum development tailored for preschool learners.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and fellow educators.
- Ability to create a nurturing environment that supports toddler care and early intervention strategies.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly desirable but not mandatory.
