CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Talent Coordinator for our office in Cranston, RI. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English to be considered for this role. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for applicants by greeting walk-ins and scheduled appointments while creating a positive and professional first impression.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to candidate inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Initiate outbound recruiting outreach to generate new candidate leads.
• Support recruiting strategies, hiring initiatives, and talent acquisition campaigns with the team.
• Attend career fairs and recruiting events to attract qualified candidates.
• Maintain and update applicant databases, records, and required documentation accurately.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be comfortable traveling to different office locations, including Taunton, MA and Cranston, RI.
• Moderate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, are required.
