PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical Therapist Schedule Monday - Friday, with shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (varies slightly on some days). Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation and pain management. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for patients. Implement therapy interventions and progress treatment plans based on patient response. Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the Epic charting system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting. SC or Multistate Compact PT License required.
