Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary and service team. Ensure achievement of financial goals and targets. Design innovative menus and introduce new culinary concepts. Foster strong client and guest relationships through visible leadership. Manage purchasing, inventory, and financial reporting (with the support of Compass resources). Ensure quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met. Be well versed in all aspects of foodservice management, with a proven track record of success. Be proactive and positive; interact professionally with a diverse group of associates, peers, managers, suppliers, clients and customers. Demonstrate initiative and good judgement in assisting customers, clients, peers and subordinates. Audit units to ensure conformance with the Company, government and accrediting agency standards, regulations and codes regarding food storage, preparation, sanitation and record keeping. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive management experience in dining services (corporate, hospitality, or catering). Good knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, marketing and presentation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop a team. Comfortable engaging with clients and guests directly while running operations. A passion for food and creating memorable dining experiences. P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable. Ability to communicate on various levels to include management, customer and associate levels.
