We’re currently hiring Roofing Technicians who take pride in their work and are open to learning historic roofing using traditional methods and delivering high-quality work. Through our paid apprenticeship you will be able to master the art of historic roofing. What You’ll Do Install, repair, and restore traditional slate, tile, cedar shake and copper roofing systems Work with natural slate, clay tile, copper flashing, and related materials Maintain safe, professional job sites and follow company safety standards Opportunity to travel to job sites locally and throughout the US with paid travel time and logistics support provided What We’re Looking For 1+ years roofing experience (any type, steep-slope preferred) Knowledge of roofing installation, repair techniques, and flashing details is preferred Comfort working at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Valid driver’s license with no more than 4 points (preferred), ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check required Commitment to quality craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism Compensation $23–$45+/hr. based on skill and experience Performance-based advancement opportunities Overtime available as the weather allows Benefits Paid in-house and on-the-job training (including advanced slate and sheet metal techniques) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 90 days (Employer pays 50%) 401(k) retirement plan Quarterly bonuses for perfect attendance and meeting targets Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Promotions based on performance , not tenure Travel logistics and support to make multi-site projects seamless If you’re an experienced roofer who values craftsmanship, safety, and pride in your work , we want to hear from you.
