Job DetailsThe Patient Services Associate (PSA) II enhances the patient/customer experience by courteously and professionally processing arrival and departure activities associated with visits to the practice/department. Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory standards.Other duties as requested or assigned.Minimum QualificationsHS Diploma or equivalent required.Must be able to communicate courteously with patients and/or visitors. Willingness to provide and support a positive Jefferson Experience for all patients and/or visitors. Ability to process and interpret data.
