HR Systems Administrator

HR Systems Administrator is a full-time position responsible for managing HR systems operations, data administration, and providing tier 2-3 support for HR system issues. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain HR system settings, manage performance cycles, and support HR processes Administer HRIS data, perform audits, and ensure data accuracy and compliance Act as a primary escalation contact for complex HR system issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience 2-5 years of experience in HRIS or HR systems administration Hands-on experience with HR technology platforms, preferably UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation Experience with HR system integrations and data flow management
