Senior Accounting Analyst

Our client is a growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join its finance team. What You'll Do Support day-to-day accounting activities including accounts receivable, journal entries, account reconciliations, payroll support, and treasury-related functions Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and supporting schedules Assist with month-end and year-end close activities Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes Perform variance analysis and identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities Support fixed asset accounting and other finance-related initiatives Assist with internal controls, audits, inventory processes, and compliance requirements Collaborate with operational leaders to provide financial insights and business support Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help drive efficiencies across the finance function What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong experience with accounts receivable, journal entries, account reconciliations, payroll support, and general ledger activities Manufacturing experience, including exposure to bill of materials, inventory, or production accounting Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Highly regulated manufacturing industry experience Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, fixed assets, or FP&A functions Experience supporting multi-site operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
