Fiberglass Panel StackerResponsible for stacking and organizing fiberglass panels according to production specifications in a manufacturing environment. The associate will also assist Quality Control with identifying defective panels, separating B-grade products and scrap materials, and supporting line startup. This is a hands-on, physical position that may be dirty.Key ResponsibilitiesStack fiberglass panels according to production specifications.Inspect panels and report visible defects to Quality Control.Count and separate B-grade products and scrap materials.Assist with production-line startup.Follow measurement instructions provided by the Quality Control Inspector or Leadman.Maintain an organized and safe work area.Assist in other production areas as needed.Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.English proficiency required.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Strong attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions and identify product defects.Must be dependable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team.Must not have negative notes in their employment history.Work EnvironmentManufacturing environment—not distribution.Building is not climate controlled and may become very warm.Strong acetone and resin odors are present.Physical, hands-on work involving fiberglass panels.Personal devices are not permitted on the production floor.
