Compensation: $19-$22 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Full-Time; Tues-Sat 6:30am-3pm. Training will be Mon-Fri 3:30pm-12am. Benefits: Industry-Leading Benefits Package

Unique to Gateway

Caring for pets and supporting grieving families can be emotionally demanding. Every Care Center Team Member has access to Gateway CarePath, our confidential emotional wellness and resilience program designed specifically for employees working in pet aftercare.

What You'll Do

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with pick-ups/deliveries when needed using a company vehicle.
