DESCRIPTION

As an Assistant General Manager you will create memorable guest experiences by making great food and beverage recommendations and serving delicious items. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain product quality and availability at all times.
• Knowledge of all menu items and applications.
• Ensure all employees are in proper uniforms - neat and clean.
• Ensure all areas of restaurant are clean to guarantee a "perfect dining experience."
• Ensure all employees are knowledgeable of every product and menu make-up of each item.
• Ensure all employees are able to provide exceptional customer service.

• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment.
• Skill and coordination at using hands to write, pour and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time.
