Senior General Manager - Mixed-Use Property ManagementWhat this job involves: The Senior General Manager (SGM) will serve as a key member of the leadership team, overseeing property management services for a new and exciting sports anchored mixed-use lifestyle development in Miami, from ground-up to grand opening. In this pivotal role, the SGM will be entrusted with managing properties in strict accordance with JLL's established standards, procedures, and the Management Agreement. The position demands a results-driven approach, focusing on achieving financial targets, meeting operational objectives, and ensuring the highest levels of client and tenant satisfaction. Working in close collaboration with the regional leadership team, the SGM will play a crucial role in comprehending our clients' investment objectives and formulating tailored, property-specific strategic plans. Moreover, the position requires exceptional communication skills to maintain strong, productive relationships with building owners and tenants, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.What your day-to-day will look like:Development and implementation of operating and capital budgets, and financial reportingImplement and execute business plans to maximize property tenant satisfaction and profitabilityProvide expert advice to clients and stakeholders throughout all project phasesBuild and motivate a high-performing team across multiple sectors including office, retail, hotel, parking, entertainment, and placemaking experiencesDeliver strategic guidance and oversee all aspects of the operation, including tenant and guest satisfaction, team management, financial performance, and client relationshipsEnsure tenant satisfaction by implementing retention program and keeping tenants informed of any property activitiesOversee competitive bidding for service contracts and act as primary contact for contractors and vendors.Assist in developing policies and procedures for tenant rent collectionsEnsure property, or properties are operating in accordance with JLL best practicesRequired Qualifications:Minimum of seven (7) years of commercial real estate or property management experienceExperience with ground-up development Class A commercial propertiesMinimum of three (3) to four (4) years of experience managing a team of three (3) or more peopleExcel in fast-paced environments, demonstrating the ability to think on their feet and adapt quickly to changing situationsExperience with managing capital projectsAdvanced oral and written communication skillsStrong financial and accounting acumen, and experience with budgeting and financial reportingEfficient problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelors DegreeSeven (7) years of commercial property management experience, and 3-4 years’ experience managing peopleReal Estate License is required within the first six months of assuming the positionClient focused approachProficient in Microsoft office and other required softwareLocation: On Site RequiredThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
