Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health conditions, establishing clear diagnosis and treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups, implementing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy to tackle an array of mental health issues.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating immediate support and compassion for clients in acute distress or emergencies.

You will be working with a varied patient population that includes individuals from different cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or holding a Doctorate degree in Psychology (PsyD).

• A relevant master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
